ISO Class Association Website Usage Agreement

You agree that, upon registration to www.isoracing.org, you will abide by the rules below and by any other rules of the site.

You agree to abide by these rules when posting messages to The ISO Class Association Forums. You also agree that the owner or moderators of The ISO Class Association Forums may edit, censor, delete or otherwise modify any message you post.

You are solely responsible for any messages you post, and you agree to indemnify the owner of The ISO Class Association Forums against any claim made as a result of the posting of your message or messages. The owner of The ISO Class Association Forums is not responsible for any loss, damage, or other liabilities caused by messages you post to The ISO Class Association Forums, or by the forum software itself. The owner of The ISO Class Association Forums reserves the right to reveal your identity or other information you supply if any legal action occurs as a result of any message you post to The ISO Class Association Forums.

You agree not to use The ISO Class Association Forums to post messages which you know to be false or inaccurate, or which violate any law. You agree that you will not post messages which are abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, threatening, of a sexual nature or that invade a person's privacy in any way. You will not post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright. You will not post 'spam', any form of advertising, chain letters or solicitations to The ISO Class Association Forums. We reserve the right to remove you from The ISO Class Association Forums at any time.

The owner of The ISO Class Association Forums does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any messages posted to The ISO Class Association Forums. All messages are the opinion of the message authors, not of the owner of The ISO Class Association Forums.

As a registered user (free or paying) you agree not to upload images to the ISO Photo gallery, The ISO Class Association Forums or your personal profile that are abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, threatening, of a sexual nature or that invade a person's privacy.

The Personal Messaging System present on this site exists for Members to contact each other in private. Any user reported to be sending inappropriate messages or abusing other users via this system will, at a minimum, have their right to use the function removed.

Anti-Spam Policy

When you sign up for The ISO Class Association Forums, you must supply a valid email address. This email address will, by default, be hidden from public viewing, but you may allow it to be publicly viewable. Contact between members can be done via the internal Personal Messaging System within the site. We do not give out or sell email addresses that are used to register for www.isoracing.org to other parties.
